Our specialised team, tasked with creating the Twinkle Toes curriculum, bring a wealth of expertise in the Early Learning sector. Our curriculum creators hold qualifications in various fields, including Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Exercise Physiology, Neuroscience, Yoga, Primary Education and The Creative Arts. This makes our curriculum one of the finest in Early Years Development. Together, we can inspire children to flourish and achieve their full potential in a nurturing and supportive environment, brimming with fun, laughter, and adventure.
Our Twinkle Toes Fitness program provides a nurturing environment for all our students to explore their personal development and growth. Our curriculum includes various activities that cover the 5 core foundations of Early Childhood development- Physical, Cognitive, Language-Communications, Social-Emotional and Adaptive/Self Help

In every class we offer, our students engage in the following elements:
- Sports/Fitness
- Creative Movement
- Interactive Group Time
- Yoga
Through the sporting and fitness elements of our class, students improve their physical fitness and motor skills. We accomplish this through a variety of activities, including tennis, ball games, running races, obstacle courses, and playful manipulation with different props. Each activity is designed with purpose to enhance motor skills, coordination, teamwork, adaptive skills, and overall well-being. Our dynamic sessions in creative movement, drama, dance, and interactive group activities cultivate and support our students’ confidence, coordination, motor skills, self-expression, and emotional intelligence. To help our students unwind at the end of each class, we integrate yoga cool-down exercises. These practices aid in developing body awareness, managing stress, fostering a positive self-image, and improving focus and concentration. Every activity we offer is carefully planned to ensure that we are not only having fun, but we are also nurturing the holistic development the whole child.
Our classes offer so many elements keeping them fresh, engaging, full of learning and inclusive for any of our student’s abilities. But most importantly our classes, primarily emphasise the significance of having fun.
